SALES CONTRACT

The sales contract is a contract which has as its object the purchase of goods and products from a distance by a consumer customer and the supplier that the contract be perfected only by using Internet technologies made available by the Supplier at the address www .boen.it.

Buyer Commitments

The customer, by confirming the order electronically, declares to have read and accept the conditions of sale and payment indicated in the purchasing process and the Contract; also it agrees to read, print and keep the conditions of sale set out below as provided by Articles 3 and 4 of Decree n. 185/1999. Order Acceptance

Boen sas reserves the right to approve the order only after checking the accuracy of all data. In the case of non-acceptance, Boen sas ensure timely notification to the customer. Product warranty

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

At boen.it customer acting as a consumer is granted the right to cancel the contract, as provided in Article 64 of D.Leg. 206/2005. Please note that this right is reserved only to natural persons, ie those private consumers acting for purposes unrelated to his profession. There is no right of withdrawal for legal and physical persons acting in reference to the purchase contract, professionally. Upon receipt of the communication, customer service will contact the customer quickly communicating the procedures for the return of the goods. The customer must promptly carry out the shipment, taking care to carefully pack the goods, where possible by inserting it into an outer box, avoiding damage to the original packaging with adhesive tapes, labels, etc. The product must be returned in original packaging with all its parts and accessories, including any warranties, instructions, licenses, cables etc. The shipping costs and responsibility for the goods during shipment, as provided by law, shall be borne by the customer:
It is recommended therefore to ensure the products during shipment from the chosen courier. If damage occurred during transport return, the supplier will communicate the same to the customer within five working days of receipt of goods, allowing them to file a complaint to the carrier used for transport. The damaged goods will be available for the return and the withdrawal request will be simultaneously canceled.
