More info

The new BOEN SPEED PRO ELITE quad frames have been created by incorporating the main features of the renowned Boen models from the 80s that dominated the speed roller skating scene for decades. They have been built using the best materials and tested by expert skaters to enable maximum performance. The plates are made out from a block of 7075-T6 aluminum alloy and machined with extreme precision and then finished and anodized to guarantee long-lasting protection. The trucks are equipped with our original quick release system while the PU cushions ensure optimal steering control and maximum power push. The new particular design of the new BOEN SPEED PRO ELITE frames also allows the use of wheels up to 80mm in diameter and has made it to obtain the best weight-strength ratio, making them the lightest and best performing in the world. Each pair of frames is supplied with fixing screws and nuts and assembly wrenches.

State of the art technology and design
Aluminum 7075 (Ergal) is an aluminum and zinc alloy used mainly in the aeronautical field, in particular in structural parts. It is characterized by being the lightest aluminum alloy and, from a mechanical point of view, more resistant to impacts, stress, weight and torsion. It is also the aluminum alloy least subject to "thermodilation" and therefore most suitable for use in outdoor environments as it better withstands temperature changes (hot and cold).

As per our tradition, we have paid particular attention to details, maintaining the style of our plate models produced in the 80s but applying the technologies available today to be able to create the lightest, most resistant and high-performance frame ever. The plate obtained from an extruded block of 7075-T6 alloy and machined using CNC machines has in fact allowed us to obtain an even superior structure. The quick release system, the numbered nut for steering adjustment, the profile of the plates that allows the mounting of wheels up to 80mm in diameter and the possibility of using different front holes for mounting the plate are just some of the features that make these new frames the new frontier of Quad skating.

Team testing quads
The new Speed frames have been subjected to various stress tests by expert skaters for more than a year and the feedback is extremely positive. In 2023 they were tested at the international competition of the 24H DU LE MANS (in France) winning the "Quad" category!
